Herschler Underground Parking Structure closed

The Herschler Underground Parking Structure closed on July 1, 2016. 

  • ADA PARKING: To accommodate ADA parking, a temporary parking lot has been developed located on the west side of the Herschler Building on the lawn. Access to this lot is off of Carey Avenue.
  • GENERAL PARKING INFORMATION: Employee and state vehicle parking will continue to be available in the three-story parking structure and at the surface lot at Pioneer Avenue and 25th Street.  Guests and customers may also park in the surface lot at Pioneer Avenue or on the third level of the parking structure.

EAST PARKING LOT

The East Parking Lot will remain closed to the public throughout the remainder of the Capitol Square Project. 

WEST PARKING LOT

The former Safeway building, located in the 2500 block of Pioneer Avenue, was demolished in 2014 to accommodate a landscaped parking area to address potential parking count deficiencies to support the Capitol Square Project. The lot is now available for parking for State of Wyoming employees and guests.

PARKING STRUCTURE

State employees can use the Parking Structure located at 25th Street and Carey Avenue. Guests can park on the third level of the structure.

The underground parking garage has closed. To accommodate ADA parking, a temporary parking lot has been developed located on the west side of the Herschler Building on the lawn. Access to this lot is off of Carey Avenue.
